All prices are in US dollars. Delivery date is estimated, subject to scheduling. Payment in full is due prior to shipping or delivery. If delivered and installed by Pier-Port/Dealer, customer shall provide reasonable drive-up access to site and waterfront area. Customer must be present with watercraft to assist in installation. Pier needs to be installed, levelled, and ready to receive canopy. Customer is responsible for additional installation costs resulting from missing or inaccurate dock, watercraft, and site information, or additional materials or labor needed for proper installation because of field conditions. LA shall not be responsible for damage to paving, landscaping, piers, watercraft, and other features in the work area. Customized features and components are non-refundable. Cancellation charges shall be i) 0% if after initial order, prior to fabrication; ii) 10% after fabrication has started; iii) 20% if after fabrication, prior to shipping; iv) 30% if after shipping; and v) 50% if after installation. Venue in event of a dispute shall be Cook County, IL. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney fees and court costs.
